Architectural review requirements are based on the premise that building and landscaping design bears a direct relationship to the economic and social well-being of its residents. The Architectural Review Committee reviews exterior design features of structures and signs in accordance with the appearance standards and guideline provisions of the Town Center's respective Master Plan and Zoning Ordinance. The "charrette," a public visioning and design process, provided opportunities for people to share their ideas for the future of Prince Frederick.
