3. Submit your Permit Application

There are four ways to submit your application:

  • Online using the Encompass portal (View a brief guide on creating an Encompass account)
  • In person at the Inspections & Permits (I&P) office, located at 150 Main St., Floor 3, Prince Frederick, MD 20678 during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.)*
  • Drop box marked I&P, located at lower level main entrance of 150 Main St., Prince Frederick, MD 20678 during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
  • By mail to Inspections & Permits, 150 Main Street, Floor 3, Prince Frederick, MD 20678.

*The I&P office is closed for staff development from 8-10 a.m. the first and third Thursday of each month.
